This news was released on Feb 21st and marks an exciting opportunity for Bradshaw to lead the newly formed Asia residential development sales division.Mr. Bradshaw joins JLL from One Global Group, where he held the position of executive director of private office and Australia. One Global Group has a strong presence in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore and markets Australian property to those Asian locations. The addition of Bradshaw to the team at JLL will help to expand and cultivate the Australian market, which is part of a larger Asia Pacific platform, according to Stuart Crow, the CEO of capital markets, Asia Pacific, at JLL.Before joining One Global, Bradshaw spent over a decade at CBRE, where he was the head of international project marketing for Asia. His experience focused on the London and Australian markets. Bradshaw is not the only one making the move from One Global to JLL. James Puddle, founder and former CEO of One Global, also announced on LinkedIn that he has joined JLL as the head of the international residential team for South East Asia.Puddle founded One Global in 2023 in Singapore with a focus on marketing international property. His LinkedIn post revealed that he is excited to now be a part of the well-respected JLL team. Also making the move from JLL to another real estate agency is Chua Shir Yee, the former head of international sales. Shir Yee has now taken on the role of head of international sales at PropNex, Singapore’s largest real estate agency by sales force.Another recent move in the industry is Anson Tay joining SRI, the fifth most prominent real estate agency in Singapore, as the managing director of international product marketing. Tay held the position of head of international market at PropNex before joining SRI. He marketed developments from a diverse range of locations including Australia, the UK, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Savills Singapore has also made a recent change to their team with the appointment of Adrian Lim and Ruben Koh as co-heads for international residential sales.Lim joined Savills from One Global where he was previously the head of international sales. Koh’s prior experience includes being the executive officer at real estate firm Crestbrick. The pair has previously worked together at Colliers’ international properties division, making them a dynamic addition to Savills’ team of experts. With these new appointments and moves, it is clear that the real estate industry in Singapore is thriving and attracting top talent like Darien Bradshaw, James Puddle, and Chua Shir Yee.
