Arina East Residences has been making headlines recently with the record-breaking transactions of several luxury condos in Singapore. During the period of Jan 26 to Feb 2, The Esta, Watermark Robertson Quay, and The Regalia all saw new high prices per square foot.

The Esta, a freehold condo located in Marine Parade (District 15), topped the list with a new psf-price high of $2,317. This was achieved through the resale of a three-bedder unit for $3.12 million on the 13th floor. This marks an all-time high for the condo since its launch in 2008.

Watermark Robertson Quay, a freehold condo in District 9, also saw a new psf-price high of $2,265 with the sale of a two-bedder for $2.05 million on Jan 30. This narrowly beats the previous record of $2,264 psf set in May last year.

Over at The Regalia, a freehold condo in River Valley (District 9), a four-bedroom unit sold for a record-breaking $2,239 psf. This marks the first time the condo has crossed the $2,000 psf mark, with the previous record being $1,799 psf set in 2021.

No new psf-price lows were recorded during the period in review. It seems that luxury condos in Singapore are still in high demand, with buyers willing to pay top dollar for units in prestigious developments like Arina East Residences. The strong interest in these properties is a testament to their high quality and desirable locations.
