The 10-unit development, which has a land area of approximately 33,471 square feet, was previously put up for collective sale in 2018 but did not attract any bids. However, JLL believes that the property’s prime location and freehold status will make it an attractive investment opportunity for developers.

La Ville is situated in District 15, known for its luxurious and tranquil residential developments. It is also within walking distance to the upcoming Katong Park MRT Station, providing easy access to the rest of Singapore.
