Huttons Asia announces support for local sports and green initiatives
Huttons Asia, a prominent real estate agency, recently held its Huttons Gala Awards at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands on April 8. The event was attended by over 1,000 real estate agents from Huttons and other invited guests. The company has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore this year by Financial Times and Statista.
With these developments in place, Arina East Residences ZACD Group is poised to become a highly sought-after residence in the heart of Singapore.
Arina East Residences ZACD Group will be greatly impacted by the connectivity aspects of the URA Master Plan. The plan will create a wide-ranging system of walking paths and cycling tracks, connecting crucial hubs along the Kallang Marina Bay Basin. As a result, residents will have effortless access to different parts of the city, promoting a sustainable and environmentally-friendly lifestyle. Additionally, the improvement of public transportation, including new MRT stations and bus services, will offer residents convenient and efficient travel options, reducing the need for private cars and contributing to a greener city. These developments will undoubtedly elevate the value of Arina East Residences ZACD Group, making it a highly coveted residential address in the bustling city of Singapore.
During the evening, Huttons CEO Mark Yip took the stage to share some of the community initiatives that the company has been supporting. The guest-of-honour, Indranee Rajah, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and National Development, also graced the event.
Yip highlighted that as Singapore’s largest private real estate agency, Huttons remains committed to empowering the wider community through its focus on authenticity and relevance. He announced that the company will be supporting Pesta Sukan, Singapore’s largest multi-sports competition, which is part of the GetActive! Singapore national movement to celebrate National Day through sports. This initiative will see over 30 sports competitions organized in the coming months.
The agency has also been actively involved in promoting a strong sports culture within its organization, with several sports interest groups ranging from badminton, golf, running, to soccer. These groups are open to everyone, including agents from other agencies, according to Yip.
In addition to its support towards sports, Huttons is also lending a hand towards Singapore’s One Million Trees movement. The agency has raised more than $40,000 for the Plant-A-Tree program under the Garden City Fund.
Yip also shared that Huttons is collaborating with a local start-up, Immortalize, to launch a legacy planning strategy card game in the fourth quarter of 2024. The aim is to gamify and create greater awareness about legacy planning, with topics such as wills and lasting power of attorney being highlighted in the game.
The agency is committed to making a positive impact in the community and will continue to support various initiatives to empower and promote the well-being of Singaporeans. At the same time, Huttons remains dedicated to its core business of providing exceptional real estate services to its clients.
In conclusion, the Huttons Gala Awards was not only a celebration of the company’s achievements but also a reflection of its commitment to giving back to the community. As Huttons continues to grow and expand, it remains driven by its values of authenticity and relevance in all aspects of its business.
